Broiled True Lemon Pepper Salmon


Salmon is brushed with butter and soy sauce, and sprinkled with True Lemon Pepper. Easy and quick, and so delicious! Recipe serves 4.


4 (4-ounce) salmon fillets
2 tablespoons butter, melted
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon True Lemon Pepper Spice Blend

  1. Preheat the oven broiler. Lightly grease a baking sheet.
  2. Place salmon on the baking sheet. Mix the melted butter and soy sauce in a small bowl, and brush over salmon. Sprinkle salmon with True Lemon Pepper Spice Blend.
  3. Broil salmon 6 to 8 minutes, depending on thickness, or until easily flaked with fork.
