Build-Your-Own True You Smoothie

Description

A simple formula for healthy and delicious smoothie. You can combine many different variations to maximize nutrition without the risk of getting bored!

Here’s how it works:

1. Choose your base (1.5 cups liquid)

  • Nut Milk
  • Water
  • Coconut Milk
  • Herbal Tea
  • Coconut Water
  • Coffee

2. Add greens + veggies (1 cup total or a big handful; mix and match)

  • Spinach
  • Kale
  • Parsley
  • Romaine
  • Cilantro
  • Mint
  • Cucumber
  • Pumpkin
  • Sweet Potato

3. Add fresh or frozen fruit (3/4 cup total; mix and match)

  • Strawberries
  • Raspberries
  • Blueberries
  • 1/3 Frozen Banana*
  • Pitaya
  • Nectarines
  • Pineapple
  • Citrus
  • Peach
  • Watermelon
  • Cherries
  • Fig
  • Mango*
  • Avocado*
  • Papaya

*add to make creamy

For a boost of flavor add True Lemon, True Lime, True Orange or True Grapefruit to your blend. For less sugar and calories without adding artificial sweeteners, flavors, gluten, sodium or preservatives, replace all or some of the fruit with any of the True Lemon Lemonade or True Lime Limeade beverages stick packets.

4. Add protein (15-20 grams)

  • Collagen
  • Whey
  • Egg Protein
  • Casein
  • Beef Protein

5. Add superfood boost (approximately 1-2 tablespoons)

  • Flaxseed
  • Maca Powder

  • Turmeric

6. Sweeten (optional)

  • Stevia
  • Monk Fruit
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • 1 tsp 100% Pure Maple Syrup
