Chocolate Orange Mango Protein Smoothie

1 scoop chocolate protein powder
2 tablespoon cocoa powder
1 packet turbinado sugar (or other sweetener of choice)
1 packet True Orange Mango 
2 packets True Orange
1/4 cup almond milk (or other milk of choice)
1 cup of ice
1 single serving (4 oz) unsweetened mandarin oranges (preferably frozen)
2 oz frozen banana slices
1/8 teaspoon guar gum (optional – it makes the smoothie consistency more like ice cream)


In small bowl or cup, mix protein powder, cocoa powder, sugar, True Orange Mango Orange, and True Orange to blend. Blend dry ingredients above with ice and milk until well blended. Add in guar gum if using, then add in frozen mandarin oranges and bananas until desired consistency.

Pour into glass and garnish with frozen mango and orange slice if desired. Or scoop into bowl and freeze for 10 minutes, then eat with a spoon! Yields 1 serving.
