Roast plenty – this buttery corn is a family favorite! This recipe makes enough for 8 ears of corn.
8 medium ears sweet corn
1 cup butter, softened
2 tablespoons True Lemon Pepper Spice Blend
Chopped fresh chives (optional, as garnish)
- Carefully peel back corn husks to within 1 in. of bottoms; remove silk. Rewrap corn in husks and secure with kitchen string. Place in a large kettle; cover with cold water. Soak for 20 minutes; drain.
- Meanwhile, in a small bowl, combine butter and True Lemon Pepper Spice Blend; set aside. Grill corn, covered, over medium heat for 25-30 minutes or until tender, turning often. Serve with butter mixture, and garnish with fresh chives if desired.
