A deliciously creamy topping for shrimp and fish, and as a dipping for fresh vegetables!
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup plain yogurt
2 tablespoons fresh dill, finely chopped
1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
1 packet True Lemon
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
- Combine all ingredients together, and stir until fluffy.
- Cover and refrigerate about 1 hour before serving. Garnish with a sprig of fresh dill!
