Lemon Orange Mint Smoothie

Submitted by Deborah P., a 2014 Summer Smoothie Recipe Contestant. This recipe yields 3 servings.

Ingredients

1 packet of True Lemonade
½ cup frozen orange juice concentrate
1 6-ounce container orange Greek yogurt (vanilla is great too!)
1 cup fresh baby spinach leaves
1 small handful of strawberries (about 5-6)
1 large apple (or 2 small apples), diced
1 ½ cups diced mango (fresh or frozen)
5 cups crushed ice
5 sprigs fresh mint
2 Medjool dates

Directions
  1. In a blender, add True Lemonade, and remaining ingredients – while setting aside 3 strawberries, and 3 mint sprigs as garnish.
  2. Blend until smooth, then pour into 3 serving glasses.
  3. Garnish each glass with a strawberry and mint garnish. Serve immediately.
