1 True Orange packet
1 True Orange Mango packet
1/2 cup mixed sliced fruit (mandarin oranges, strawberries, and pineapples), frozen is best
3/4 cup milk or substitute (such as coconut or almond milk)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1 tablespoon finely ground oatmeal (optional)
Crushed ice (optional)
Place fruit in blender. Add True Orange and True Orange Mango packets. Blend on low for a few seconds for best flavor. Add milk, vanilla extract, protein powder, and oatmeal. Blend until desired consistency is reached. Add and blend ice if desired. Enjoy! Yields 1 serving.
