2 True Lemon packets unsweetened
1 cup of frozen raspberries
1/2 cup frozen peaches
1/3 cup of vanilla yogurt or plain Greek yogurt
1/2 cup of vanilla or regular almond milk
Handful of ice
1 teaspoon of flax seed or chia seeds
Add all ingredients to blender and blend until smooth and serve in your favorite smoothie glass. Yields 3 servings.
