Ruby Red Chiller


A refreshing start to any day, or on a hot summer afternoon!


1/4 cup Splenda or other natural sweetener
6 packets True Lemon
3 cups ruby red grapefruit juice
1 tsp fresh grated ginger
1 cup water
2 ruby red grapefruits, peeled sectioned and chopped
2 cups mineral water, chilled

  1. Combine the first 4 ingredients, stirring until Splenda dissolves.
  2. Add grapefruit, cover and chill.
  3. Add mineral water just before serving, and serve with fresh grapefruit slices!
