Spicy Lime-y Shrimp

These shrimp seem pretty innocent, but they pack a punch of flavor. Super easy to throw together for a summertime snack!


1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
1/2 teaspoon from True Lime Shaker
1/2 teaspoon salt
Generous pinch ground white pepper (can substitute black pepper if you have it on hand)
Pinch of cayenne
Butter or oil for cooking

  1. Combine the shrimp, True Lime, salt, pepper, and cayenne in a bowl. Stir to combine and let the mixture sit for about 10 minutes.
  2. Heat about a tablespoon of butter or oil (or a combination) in a saute pan over medium-high heat. Cook the shrimp on both sides until cooked through and opaque. Shrimp cooks quickly, so don’t walk away – this will be done in just a few minutes.
  3. Serve warm, at room temperature, or chilled. Drizzle with cooking liquid, and an extra dash of True Lime.
