A tangy, sweet yet tart honey-lime coating gives these wings a wonderful taste! They’ll be a hit at your next Superbowl party. Recipe submitted By Colin Bunnell.

18-20 chicken wings
2 packets of True Lime
2 tablespoon sherry
1/4 cup honey
1 teaspoon minced garlic
3/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
1/4 teaspoon hot sauce
1/2 cup whole-wheat flour (or gluten-free flour)
1/2 teaspoon ground cayenne pepper
  1. Split 18-20 whole chicken wings into upper and lower portions, discarding tips.
  2. In a gallon sized zip-lock bag, mix True Lime and cooking sherry; add honey, minced fresh garlic, Worcestershire sauce, garlic salt, and hot sauce.
  3. Add wing pieces, close the bag and toss, then chill in refrigerator 6-24 hours.
  4. When ready to cook, preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
  5. In another gallon sized zip-lock bag, place flour and ground cayenne pepper, then transfer marinated wings a few at a time. Shake each batch until well coated, and transfer to a wire rack on a baking sheet that’s well coated with nonstick spray.
  6. Place in the oven and cook for 30-minutes total, turning once halfway through.
  7. Serve with a side of plain yogurt mixed with more True Lime, for dipping!
