Strawberry Mango Popsicles

Blend, pour, and freeze for an easy and refreshing treat! Recipe submitted by Patti Goertz.

2-3 mangoes (approx. 8 ounces), peeled and cubed
1 pint of strawberries, washed and cut in half
sugar to taste (about 1/4 cup)
3 packets of True Lime    
3 tablespoons water
  1. Take about 1/2 cup of the strawberries and dice finely; set aside.
  2. Place the mango cubes and the remaining strawberries in a blender.
  3. Add sugar, True Lime packets, and water.
  4. Blend into a smooth puree. Stir in the reserved diced strawberries.
  5. Pour the puree into popsicle molds, paper cups, or ice cube trays.
  6. Place the molds/cups on a tray. If you are using cups, then place popsicle sticks in them before freezing. Place tray in the freezer for at least 3 hours or overnight.
