True Citrus Champagne Punch

True Citrus champagne punch in a glass

This delicious citrusy punch makes for the perfect celebration cocktail, or tasty brunch beverage! Recipe adapted from The Food Network.


4 teaspoons from True Lemon shaker (or 16 packets) dissolved in 1/2 cup of water
2/3 cup superfine sugar
1 cup vodka
1/2 cup limoncello
2 teaspoons vermouth
Assorted fresh fruit, such as raspberries and sliced peaches
1 (750 ml) bottle chilled dry champagne or sparkling wine
Fresh mint, as garnish (optional)

  1. Combine the True Lemon water, sugar, vodka, limoncello, and vermouth in a large nonreactive bowl and stir until the sugar is completely dissolved.
  2. Add fresh fruit, and stir to combine.
  3. Cover and refrigerate until chilled, about 1 to 2 hours. Add the champagne and gently stir. Serve over ice, and garnish with fresh fruit and mint, if desired. Yields about 1-1/2 quarts (8 to 10 servings).

If you can’t find limoncello, it can be omitted from this recipe.
