True Citrus Sangria

There’s nothing like a fruity sangria to get a party started! Easily cut down the alcohol content by adding more seltzer. Recipe adapted from Cosmopolitan.

1 (750-ml) bottle red wine (try a Spanish wine, such as Rioja)
2 ounces of brandy
1 (8-ounce) can pineapple chunks packed in 100% juice
1 cup seltzer or club soda
4 packets True Lime, 4 packets True Lemon, and 4 packets True Orange
Fruit (strawberries, blueberries, etc.) and fresh mint for garnish

  1. Combine wine, liqueur, True Citrus, and the can of pineapple (with the juice) in large pitcher. Stir and store in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  2. To serve, pour the chilled seltzer into the pitcher, and gently stir to combine with the wine. Feel free to remove the pineapple before this step, if desired.
  3. Serve over ice garnished with fresh sliced fruit and mint.
