Simple to make, use marinate ahead of time for baking or grilling when you get home.
1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
1 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary
2 teaspoon dried savory
1 garlic clove minced
3 tablespoons olive oil
3 packets True Lemon
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
6 chicken breasts, legs, or thighs
- In shallow airtight container combine all ingredients except the chicken. Mix well.
- Place chicken in container, cover, and let marinate for around 8-12 hours in the refrigerator.
- Turn container over several times to distribute marinade.
- Bake in chicken in the oven or or on the grill.
