1/2 cup vegetable oil
6 packets True Lemon
2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
2 cloves garlic
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/2 cup fresh basil or 1 tablespoon dried basil
1 1/2 pounds (approximately) boneless, skinless chicken breasts (or chicken thighs)
- In a small bowl, combine oil, True Lemon, vinegar, salt, pepper and basil.
- Place chicken in a shallow baking dish and cover with marinade.
- Marinate chicken, turning once, for 30 to 45 minutes or overnight.
- Refrigerate until ready to cook.
