Ingredients

1-1/4 cup fresh blueberries
1 banana, sliced
1 scoop of protein powder
3/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
1/3 cup oatmeal
1 tbsp ground flax
3 tbsp honey
1 cup almond milk
2 packets of True Lemon

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until liquefied, adjust consistency with milk or ice.
