Lemon and vinegar make this mouth-wateringly moist grilled chicken. A side of steamed vegetables makes this a perfect and healthy weeknight meal!
4 to 6 boneless and skinless chicken breasts
1 quart white vinegar
5 packets True Lemon
Lawry’s Seasoned Salt
- Take a large glass bowl. Pour vinegar and True Lemon into the bowl and stir until it has dissolved.
- Add the chicken breasts and marinate 20 minutes (no more, no less).
- For best results, use a charcoal grill (not propane) to get more flavor. Place on the hot grill and cook until just no longer pink in the center.
- When you remove the chicken from the grill, sprinkle with Lawry’s Seasoned Salt to taste.
