True Lemon Char-Grilled Chicken

Description

Lemon and vinegar make this mouth-wateringly moist grilled chicken. A side of steamed vegetables makes this a perfect and healthy weeknight meal!

Ingredients

4 to 6 boneless and skinless chicken breasts
1 quart white vinegar
5 packets True Lemon
Lawry’s Seasoned Salt

Directions
  1. Take a large glass bowl. Pour vinegar and True Lemon into the bowl and stir until it has dissolved.
  2. Add the chicken breasts and marinate 20 minutes (no more, no less).
  3. For best results, use a charcoal grill (not propane) to get more flavor. Place on the hot grill and cook until just no longer pink in the center.
  4. When you remove the chicken from the grill, sprinkle with Lawry’s Seasoned Salt to taste.
