True Lemon Cloud Sauce


So surprisingly luscious you’ll want to serve it with every dessert. Easy to make too!


4 packs True Lemon
5 eggs
1 cup of sugar or Truvia
1/2 cup melted butter

  1. Put True Lemon, eggs, and sweetener into blender container.
  2. Cover and blend until smooth.
  3. Add butter and blend until just mixed. Pour mixture into small heavy saucepan and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly for 7 to 10 minutes, or until mixture begins to bubble and thicken.
  4. Remove from heat. Serve immediately or store covered in the refrigerator up to one week.
  5. Serve over ice cream, gingerbread, scones, or pound cake.
