So surprisingly luscious you’ll want to serve it with every dessert. Easy to make too!
4 packs True Lemon
1 cup of sugar or Truvia
1/2 cup melted butter
- Put True Lemon, eggs, and sweetener into blender container.
- Cover and blend until smooth.
- Add butter and blend until just mixed. Pour mixture into small heavy saucepan and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly for 7 to 10 minutes, or until mixture begins to bubble and thicken.
- Remove from heat. Serve immediately or store covered in the refrigerator up to one week.
- Serve over ice cream, gingerbread, scones, or pound cake.
