A rich dish with less calories. True Lemon lets the crab’s flavor shine!
3 tablespoons ranch dressing
2 tablespoons plus 1 teaspoon mayonnaise
4 tablespoons horseradish
4 packets True Lemon
Dash hot pepper sauce
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
8 ounces fresh crab meat
2 cups drained canned whole-kernel corn
2 cups chopped red or green bell pepper
2 cups chopped lettuce, optional
- In large bowl, combine dressing, mayonnaise, horseradish, True Lemon, hot pepper sauce, and cumin.
- Add crab meat, corn, and bell pepper.
- Toss well to combine.
- Refrigerate covered until chilled. Serve over lettuce, or with a side of crackers!
Cut back on cost by using imitation crab meat, just remember that it usually contains gluten and/or wheat.
