1 16-ounce can of cannelli beans, drained and rinsed
1 tomato, diced
2 cloves crushed garlic
2 packets True Lemon
2 tablespoons dried Italian herbs (basil, oregano, thyme)
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- In a large bowl, combine all ingredients.
- Pour everything into a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 35-45 minutes, and serve hot.
