3-4 packets True Lemon (depending on the amount of tartness you enjoy)
2 packets Truvia or sweetener of choice
1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/4 cup Greek yogurt, plain
1/4 cup small curd cottage cheese
1 cup ice
1 scoop vanilla protein powder (optional)
Dissolve sweetener and True Lemon into almond milk. Combine all ingredients into blender and blend until smooth. For a creamier smoothie, freeze Greek yogurt into ice cube trays before combining with other ingredients. Yields 1-2 servings.
