Mint, ginger, and True Lemon add exciting flavors to the beautiful texture of couscous.
1/2 cup low-sodium chicken broth
3 packets True Lemon
1 tablespoon dried mint leaves (or a small handful of fresh chopped mint leaves)
1/4 teaspoon ground dried ginger
2 ounces couscous
- In small saucepan, combine broth, mint, True Lemon, and ginger.
- Bring to a boil, then stir in the couscous. Cover, and remove pan from heat.
- Let stand covered for 5 minutes.
- Fluff with a fork and serve!
