True Lemon Pepper Pork Chops

These melt-in-your-mouth pork chops are coated with True Lemon Pepper and baked in butter, olive oil, and Worcestershire sauce. It’s the perfectly delectable weeknight meal!


4 pork chops, bone-in
1 tablespoon True Lemon Pepper spice blend
4 tablespoons butter
4 tablespoons olive oil
4 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
Dried rosemary, as garnish

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Tear off a generous square of tin foil for each chop, enough to wrap and seal completely. Coat both sides of each chop with True Lemon Pepper spice blend. Brush with olive oil.
  3. Put the peppered chops in the middle of each square of tin foil. Top each chop with 1 tablespoon of butter and 1 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce. Wrap each chop tightly and place on middle rack of oven. Bake for 35 minutes.
  4. Unwrap each chop, and let cool slightly. Sprinkle with rosemary as garnish, for serving.
