A super simple recipe – perfect over a green salad, or as a marinade on fish!
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
2 tablespoons True Lemon Pepper
3/4 teaspoon minced fresh garlic
3/4 teaspoon kosher salt
3/4 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves
Gently stir the first four ingredients together, do not emulsify. Just before serving, whisk in the fresh thyme leaves.
