The mixture of rosemary, olive oil, and lemon makes this the most flavorful and citrusy chicken! Recipe submitted by Donna Beardsley.
2 pounds boneless chicken legs, thighs, or tenders
2 packets True Lemon
1 tablespoon water
1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
1 garlic clove, minced
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon dried rosemary, crushed
- For the marinade, mix True Lemon, water, olive oil, garlic, and dried rosemary.
- Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper and add to the marinade. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
- Cook in the oven or in a pan on the stove until no longer pink inside.
- Serve with a side of steamed vegetables.
