True Lemon Rosemary Chicken

Lemon Rosemary Chicken with Vegetables

The mixture of rosemary, olive oil, and lemon makes this the most flavorful and citrusy chicken! Recipe submitted by Donna Beardsley.


2 pounds boneless chicken legs, thighs, or tenders
2 packets True Lemon
1 tablespoon water
1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
1 garlic clove, minced
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon dried rosemary, crushed

  1. For the marinade, mix True Lemon, water, olive oil, garlic, and dried rosemary.
  2. Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper and add to the marinade. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  3. Cook in the oven or in a pan on the stove until no longer pink inside.
  4. Serve with a side of steamed vegetables.
