3/4 cup vanilla yogurt
1 packet True Lemon
1 teaspoon honey
8 ounces of water
1-2 tablespoons golden flax seed (ground is best)
1 cup fresh or frozen strawberries
1/2 a large banana
4 ice cubes
Add all the ingredients together in a blender, and pulse until smooth. Enjoy!
