This filling, protein-rich smoothie is fabulous for breakfast-on-the-go or as a snack between lunch and dinner.
1 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
1 cup plain Greek yogurt (organic preferred)
1 medium banana, sliced
2 packets of True Lemon
1 scoop of protein powder
Blend all ingredients together in blender or food processor. Enjoy!
For variations, use 1 tablespoon flax seeds instead of protein powder, replace yogurt with almond milk, and add other types of fruit (such as frozen strawberries, raspberries, mangoes).
