6 pieces chicken (thighs, breasts, legs)
1/2 cup white vinegar
1/2 cup olive oil
1 bunch fresh tarragon (chopped)
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
Dash of black pepper
4 packets of True Lemon
- Combine all ingredients in large zip-lock bag and shake well. Lay bag on a plate, and marinate in the refrigerator for 6 hours.
- Grill over medium-high heat until done. Enjoy over rice, quinoa, or with a fresh salad.
