True Lemon Turmeric Smoothie

This anti-inflammatory smoothie packs in all the nutrients you’ll need to get your morning started!

  • 3 bananas, frozen
  • 1 cup vanilla yogurt
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 4 packets True Lemon
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds

Combine bananas, yogurt, coconut milk, honey, turmeric, and True Lemon into a blender. Blend until smooth. Add chia seeds, blend again, and enjoy! Serves 2.
