Give carrots a special zest with this simple seasoning!
1 1/2 pounds of baby carrots
1 tablespoon butter
1 packet of True Lemon
1 teaspoon dried basil
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
Dash of pepper
- Place carrots in a small saucepan; add water to cover.
- Cook for about 10 minutes, or until tender.
- Drain liquid, and return to pan.
- Add the remaining ingredients.
- Cook over low heat until butter is melted and carrots are heated through.
