This zesty marinade is absolutely delicious when rubbed over fresh fish or chicken!
4 tablespoons True Lime, Garlic & Cilantro
1 tablespoon ground cumin
1/4 cup olive oil
Salt and pepper
- Combine True Lime, Garlic & Cilantro, cumin, and olive oil. Whisk together in a small bowl.
- Season fish fillets or chicken cutlets to taste with salt and pepper. Pour marinade over.
- Cover and refrigerate for 2-4 hours. Saute in a pan on the stove, or bake in the oven until cooked through.
