Juicy chicken gets dressed up in a deliciously quick & simple marinade, then caramelized on the grill for the perfect summertime dish. Recipe adapted from Kitchen Meets Girl.
3 tablespoons soy sauce (use Tamari if making gluten-free)
2 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
6 packets of True Lime dissolved in 3 tablespoons of water
2 garlic cloves, minced
1-2 teaspoon Sriracha hot sauce
Red pepper flakes, to taste
2 tablespoons cilantro
1 pound skinless, boneless chicken breasts
- In a small bowl, combine all marinade ingredients (besides chicken). Mix thoroughly.
- Pour marinade over chicken breasts and turn to coat. Cover and allow to marinate in refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
- Grill on medium high heat for 6 to 8 minutes per side, until juices run clear.
