True Lime Mexican Chicken Breast in Tortilla


An easy time-saving recipe to make ahead for a quick weeknight meal.


3 to 4 oz of skinless boneless chicken breast sliced into strips
1/2 a medium onion sliced into strips
1/2 a red or green bell pepper sliced into strips
1 packet True Lime
1 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
Whole wheat tortillas (or corn tortillas if making gluten-free)

  1. Place all ingredients in a zip n’ steam bag, and refrigerate overnight.
  2. Microwave on high for 5-6 minutes, then serve in a wrap!

This recipe serves one. To make this on the stove, sautee everything in a large pan over medium-high heat until the chicken is cooked through.

This recipe is delicious when served with a side of plain Greek yogurt and fresh cilantro!
