No one should be left alone with a whole pie, so here’s a short cut to a single serving version! The satisfaction of eating pie, without the guilt.
1/2 cup whipped cream topping
2 packets Splenda, or other natural sweetener
1 packet True Lime
Fresh sliced strawberries, as garnish
1 graham cracker (1/4 of a sheet), crushed (optional)
Mix whipped cream, Splenda, and True Lime together in a small bowl. Garnish with fresh berries. Sprinkle with graham cracker crumbles (if using), and enjoy!
If making gluten-free, omit the graham cracker. You can also substitute a crushed gluten-free cookie instead!
