True Lime-Strawberry Recovery Drink

Description

This chilled beverage is very refreshing, and great after a tough workout!

Ingredients

2 packets of True Lime
2 packets of Splenda
Handful of fresh mint leaves
4-5 fresh strawberries
Ice
Water

Directions
  1. Fill blender 3/4 full of ice.
  2. Fill with water just above ice level.
  3. Add mint leaves.
  4. Add fresh strawberries.
  5. Add True Lime.
  6. Add Splenda.
  7. Blend. Pour into your favorite glass and enjoy!
