Healthy, delicious, and filling. These pancakes are the perfect start to any day!
For Pancake Batter:
6 tbsp of oat flour (or grind your own from old fashioned oats)
3 egg whites
1/3 c. unsweetened almond milk
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp unsweetened shredded coconut
1/8 tsp salt
1/8 tsp baking soda
1/2 scoop vanilla whey
Dash of cinnamon
1 packet True Orange
Greek vanilla yogurt (small container)
1/2 packet of True Orange
Greek plain yogurt (small container)
1 packet of True Orange
Stevia to taste
- Blend all pancake ingredients together and cook like normal pancakes.
- For Topping #1: Mix yogurt and True Orange together. Sprinkle the unsweetened coconut on top.
- For Topping #2: Mix yogurt, Stevia, and True Orange together. Sprinkle some unsweetened coconut on top.
