This smoothie packs a delicious and nutritious punch with three types of fruit! Recipe submitted by: Kaitlyn Grassi.
1 cup milk, or almond milk
1/2 a banana
5 or 6 strawberries
4 packets of True Orange
2 packets of sweetener (such as Stevia)
1/4 cup of plain yogurt
Place all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth, and enjoy!
