True You Bowl with True Orange Vinaigrette


For the base: 

  • 3-6 ounces of cooked turkey
  • 1-2 cups mixed of kale and broccoli rabe
  • carrots, chopped
  • garbanzo beans
  • cilantro
  • beets, sliced
  • cucumber, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons flax seeds

For the vinaigrette: 

  • 4 packets True Orange
  • 4 teaspoons white wine or champagne vinegar
  • 4 teaspoons olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • Dash of salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon fresh rosemary (optional)
  1. Combine all vinaigrette ingredients in a mason jar. Cover and shake to mix.
  2. Arrange base: kale, broccoli rabe, carrots, garbanzo beans, beets, cucumbers.
  3. Add sliced turkey on top.
  4. Sprinkle on flax seeds and cilantro.
  5. Drizzle vinaigrette over bowl.
