- 1.5 cups almond milk
- 1 cup of spinach
- 1 frozen banana
- 15-20 grams of Greek yogurt
- 1-2 tablespoons mixed: flax seeds, cinnamon and matcha
- 2 packets of True Lemon
- 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
Blend all ingredients in a blender and serve.
