Ingredients
  • 1.5 cups almond milk
  • 1 cup of spinach
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 15-20 grams of Greek yogurt
  • 1-2 tablespoons mixed: flax seeds, cinnamon and matcha
  • 2 packets of True Lemon
  • 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
Directions

Blend all ingredients in a blender and serve.
