True Zesty Yogurt Veggie Dip


Yogurt dip may be healthier than using just sour cream, but it doesn’t have to be boring! Try this to spice up all kinds of raw vegetables.


1/2 cup plain yogurt
1/4 cup sour cream
1 teaspoon chopped fresh parsley
1 packet True Lemon
1 teaspoon chopped fresh cilantro
1 teaspoon chopped green onion
1/2 teaspoon celery salt
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
dash of Tabasco (optional)

  1. In a medium-sized mixing or serving bowl, combine yogurt, sour cream, parsley, contents of True Lemon packet, cilantro, green onion, celery salt, cayenne pepper, and Tabasco (if desired).
  2. Mix well, cover, and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
  3. Serve with an assortment of fresh sliced vegetables for dipping!
