Yogurt dip may be healthier than using just sour cream, but it doesn’t have to be boring! Try this to spice up all kinds of raw vegetables.
1/2 cup plain yogurt
1/4 cup sour cream
1 teaspoon chopped fresh parsley
1 packet True Lemon
1 teaspoon chopped fresh cilantro
1 teaspoon chopped green onion
1/2 teaspoon celery salt
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
dash of Tabasco (optional)
- In a medium-sized mixing or serving bowl, combine yogurt, sour cream, parsley, contents of True Lemon packet, cilantro, green onion, celery salt, cayenne pepper, and Tabasco (if desired).
- Mix well, cover, and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
- Serve with an assortment of fresh sliced vegetables for dipping!
