Tuna Fish Caper True Lemon Pasta

This dish is fantastic served hot, or cold as leftovers.


3 cups cooked linguine noodles, or whatever type of noodles you have on hand
1 can tuna fish, drained
2 tablespoons capers, drained
1/4 cup olive oil
3 packets True Lemon, dissolved in 2 tablespoons water
1 large garlic clove, minced
1/2 a red bell pepper, minced
1/2 teaspoon salt and pepper (or to taste)
1/4 cup fresh parsley or chives, chopped
Grated Parmesan cheese

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions, drain, and rinse with cool water.
  2. Meanwhile, break tuna chunks up into bite-sized pieces. Add to a large bowl with garlic, bell pepper, capers, True Lemon water, olive oil, and salt and pepper. Gently stir, taking care to not mash the capers.
  3. Combine noodles with the tuna mixture, and gently stir together.
  4. Garnish with Parmesan cheese and fresh chopped herbs.
