True Lemon® HERB SALMON



¼ cup balsamic vinegar
¼ cup olive oil
4 packets of True Lemon®
1 clove garlic, minced
1/8 teaspoon rosemary
½ teaspoon thyme
1 tablespoon chives
1 teaspoon pepper
4 medium salmon steaks, cut ¼ inch thick

  1. In large bowl combine all ingredients except salmon steaks; mix well.  
  2. Add fish to bowl; spoon marinade over fish until well coated.  
  3. Cover; refrigerate for at least 2 hours, turning fish over after 1 hour.
  4. Place fish on broiler pan. Broil 4 to 6 inches from heat, for 10 to 15 minutes, or until fish flakes easily with fork.
