I love kale so much. Like so freaking much. Here is a great way to give you an easy healthy snack.
- 1 Bunch of kale, with ribs removed
2tbs Oil, I used lemon olive oil
1 tbs True Lemon
- 1 tbs Granulated Garlic
- 1 tbs Red Pepper flakes
- 1 tbs Italian Seasoning
- 1/2 tbs Salt
- After washing your kale and patting dry, remove the inner ribs.
Rip kale in to 2 inch pieces.
Massage the oil into the kale, thoroughly.
Lightly sprinkle seasoning mixture and toss until nicely coated.
On a sheet tray, spread out the kale, make sure none of it is overlapping. This will cause it to steam, and not get crunchy.
Place in the oven at 350 for 10 minutes. Rotate, and cook for 5 more minutes.
