Using a non-stick rondeaux (10in or more) or pot, on medium heat, melt your coconut oil.
Once the coconut oil is melted add in your popcorn kernels and with a rubber spatula spread the kernels in the oil. (I just shake the pan).
Place the lid on the pan and continue to shake until kernels pop. When the Kernels pop start agitating the pan every few min to prevent burning and sticking.
When the popping is complete pour on butter and then shake again.
Add in all of your seasonings and shake thoroughly.
Transfer into your desired dish top with another sprinkle of true citrus lemon and enjoy
