Fill a stock pot 3/4 of the way with water and add in all of ingredients EXCEPT the proteins (shrimp crab sausage)
Let all of these come to a boil, and allow that boil to go for 10 min.
After the 10 min add in the sausage and the crab, cover with a lid and turn off the heat.
Let that sit for 10 min.
Add in shrimp and allow to sit for 5 more min.
By this time everything should be cooked perfectly and filled with goodness. Drain the liquid, and remove onions and garlic. (sometimes I just eat the onions, they are so good)
Place in a large bowl and top with old bay and true citrus lemon. This combination will give you a lemony zing that adds to your crab.
