Diane Henderiks’ Brushed Bubbly with True Orange


A deliciously bubbly brunch beverage, for celebrating with friends!


3/4 cup seltzer water
1/4 cup white grape juice
1/4 cup fresh raspberries
4 packets of True Orange 

  1. Mix water with True Orange. Fill each section of an ice cube tray with 4 raspberries and then top with True Orange mixture. Freeze (about 1 hour).
  2. Fill champagne glass with seltzer water. Add white grape juice. Place two cubes of frozen raspberries in glass. Serves 1.
