Ginger Soy Marinade

Description

A quick and easy marinade that works great for both salmon or chicken.

Ingredients

Sesame oil
Soy sauce (or Tamari, if making gluten-free)
Garlic powder
True Orange Ginger
Cayenne pepper
Water
Rice wine vinegar

Directions
  1. Combine all ingredients, measuring each as a generous sprinkling with the spices.
  2. Mix well in a plastic bag, add meat, and let sit for about 1-hour at room temperature.
  3. Drain meat and pat dry with a paper towel. Grill until cooked through.
