Rice wine vinegar
- Combine all ingredients, measuring each as a generous sprinkling with the spices.
- Mix well in a plastic bag, add meat, and let sit for about 1-hour at room temperature.
- Drain meat and pat dry with a paper towel. Grill until cooked through.
