Feel free to throw in other vegetables at the same time too, like carrots, peppers, even garlic cloves. Just use a little extra oil when cooking. Recipe adapted from Eating Well.
4 cups broccoli florets
1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
1/4 teaspoon salt
Freshly ground pepper
2 packets True Lemon dissolved in two tablespoons water
- Preheat oven to 450°F.
- Toss broccoli with oil, salt, and pepper. Place on a large baking sheet and roast until the broccoli is tender and darkened on the bottom, 10 to 12 minutes.
- Sprinkle with True Lemon in water. Serve immediately.
