Tilapia Fillets

Description

This white fish is a light and nutritious food for a summertime dinner. Wonderful when served with a side of fresh fruit, a light salad, or even flaked for fish tacos! Recipe submitted by Lynn Estep.

Ingredients

4 fresh Tilapia fillets, cleaned and boned
Butter-flavored cooking spray
4 teaspoons dill weed
4 teaspoons of True Lemon Pepper

Directions
  1. Spray foil with butter-flavored cooking spray and place on cookie sheet.
  2. Lay fillets slightly apart on foil and sprinkle with dill weed and True Lemon Pepper, dividing equally on top of each fillet.
  3. Gently form foil into a pocket and place on a grill over medium-high heat.
  4. Close the lid and check after 20 minutes. Fish flakes easily when it’s done!
Notes

Don’t have a grill? These fillets cook up easily when fried in a pan with butter-flavored cooking spray.
